Kim Birtch is a Canada female bodybuilding.

Kim was born in Brockville, Ontario on December 1, 1976, and grew up in Kingston, Ontario. She participated in several sports in school, including volleyball, baseball, basketball, and track and field. She was also a cheerleader during her last two years of high school. Kim studied nursing in college, and has worked as a full-time nurse for seven years.

Kim started lifting weights in college. At first, she focused mostly on cardiovascular work, but a friend then introduced her to weight training. She later met her current trainer, IFBB professional bodybuilder Rhonda Lee Quaresma, and Quaresma's physique inspired her to start bodybuilding seriously.

At a height of 5'4", Kim's contest weight is generally around 152 pounds. She has competed as a heavyweight in all of her contests to date. She has worked her way up to national level competitions, finishing seventh in the Canadian Nationals in 2005.
